Co-founder of SI Partners, Alistair leads the firm’s global M&A practice.
Alistair advises creative and technology businesses on growth and commercial improvement, creating innovative deal structures designed to match stakeholders’ objectives. Alistair advises clients on a local, regional and global basis, specialising in connecting clients with global investors and partners. Our Asia-Pacific clients span the entire region, from Beijing to Tokyo, Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.
Recently, Alistair advised the shareholders of Work Group on the sale to Capita, Ashton Consulting on the sale of a majority stake to Hakuhodo and GHC Asia on the sale of a majority stake to Hakuhodo.
Prior to co-founding SI Partners, Alistair built and sold companies in the digital, direct selling and manufacturing sectors. This entrepreneurship followed General Management roles for Inchcape Plc in the Middle East and Asia.
A chemist by training, Alistair also holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, conducted in part at Università Bocconi in Milan.
