Bruce supports both our M&A and consultancy teams in Europe and Asia, advising on performance improvement and transaction modelling.
Recent engagements Bruce has provided support on include Salt’s sale to Mullen Lowe Group a cross-border adtech mandate, fundraising for Winter’s Schools Finder, Work Group’s sale of assets to Capita and a strategic review for an experiential and shopper marketing agency.
Prior to joining SI Partners, Bruce spent four years at KPMG leading audit teams and delivering quality assurance. During this time Bruce was responsible for planning, managing and delivering assurance engagements, focussing on making value-added recommendations. His role gave him insight to a wide-range of businesses, including a number of multinational corporate clients.
Bruce qualified as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW in 2014.
