Joe Hine

Joe specialises in corporate finance, providing M&A advice on high value, cross-border deals. Having worked on over 50 transactions throughout his career at PwC and SI Partners, Joe manages the sale process end-to-end, including buyer identification, offer negotiation and completion. Joe is passionate about achieving great outcomes for shareholders of the dynamic creative and technology businesses he works with. Joe’s most recent engagements include Marketing Source’s sale to Equiniti, Packer Forbes’s sale to Four Communications, WAE’s sale to Globant and Hugo & Cat’s sale to Interbrand in addition to a number of funding projects for technology start-ups. Drawing on the wealth of experience garnered from senior commercial roles at Virgin Media, EE, Rank Group and his entrepreneurial experience at start-up Blyk, Joe also works on consultancy projects helping senior management teams understand their strategic options, prepare for sale, achieve their business objectives and create lasting stakeholder value.
