Tristan Rice

Tristan leads SI Partners’ European M&A practice. Specialising in advising marcoms, media and creative businesses on transactions such as trade sales and mergers, private equity investments and MBO’s, Tristan has worked on a wide range of complex and high profile deals for clients such as Salt Communications, The Brooklyn Brothers, Hirschen, Haygarth, Work Club, Portland, Karmarama and Meteorite, negotiating and completing high value transactions tailored to the stakeholders’ objectives. Prior to joining SI Partners in 2006, Tristan built and sold the specialist media planning & buying agency Red Media, which he co-founded following several years in media sales. Red Media was acquired by BLM Group (now Arena Media) in 2005.
